Cherry Belle Radishes, one of our earliest producers. The radish is a very under-appreciated vegetable, it is truly so diverse. Braised radishes, roasted radishes, pickled radishes, kimchi, sliced on shrimp tacos, on a banh mi, or tossed in a salad. There are so many ways to enjoy this little guy. My personal favorite is bacon pea salad, both because it utilizes another of our spring contenders, peas, but also because, well... bacon. These are grown using organic practices, $3 per bundle.
